Originally from Singapore, Sumathi brings decades of restaurant experience as the original owner of Shivas Bar & Grill in Dallas, Texas, and the creator of Banana Leaf, Bombay Bar & Grill, and Bombay Express in Lexington, Kentucky. Golden Leaf marks the next chapter of her culinary journey, bringing together authentic Indian traditions, refined flavors, and thoughtfully prepared dishes.
